These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Manifest, the client portal operated by Seismic Digital (“we,” “us”). By accessing Manifest you agree to these Terms.
The service
Manifest provides Seismic Digital’s clients with secure access to their projects, dashboards, embedded applications, links, and connected files. Access is provided to invited clients and to Seismic Digital staff.
Accounts
Accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Do not access or attempt to access data belonging to another organization.
- Do not disrupt, probe, or attempt to circumvent the security of the service.
- Do not use the service to violate any applicable law.
Google Drive integration
If you connect a Google Drive, you authorize Manifest to access it on a read-only basis to display your files. You may revoke this access at any time from within the portal or through your Google account settings.
Intellectual property
Seismic Digital owns the Manifest platform and its software. Content and files belonging to your organization remain yours; these Terms grant us no ownership of them.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seismic Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, including for violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
